有关AE系统关闭，重启后，作业运行问题

AE系统有计划或者没有计划的关闭，在AE系统重新启动后，AE系统关闭期间的作业，会在AE启动的时间点自动运行，对其他的正常运行的作业带来了影响，给我们带来了巨大的困扰，所以我们希望AE期间的作业能够有选择的不主动运行，或者忽略掉AE系统关闭期间的作业

Hi,

If you do  not want your jobs to start running when your Scheduler starts up, you can start up your Scheduler with GlobalAutoHold.

If you do not want to use GlobalAutoHold, you can place the jobs that you do not want them start run right after Scheduler start-up, you can place those jobs ON_HOLD.
