I locked out the EiamAdmin account, and I don't know of a way to unlock it. Also, I don't know if it will automatically unlock after a certain period of time or not. Constructive Ideas?

We typically recommend setting up a second user (from AD or local) to have the same privileges as EiamAdmin. This will allow you to reset the passwords or unlock the account in cases like this. If you didn’t set it up, CA support might be able to help you. Is this EEM 8.4? or 12.x?
The lock out is temporary for couple of minutes, then it unlocks itself.
