Hi,
I have gone through the event definition and the agent definition, it looks good. Can you do the following
1. Delete the existing file the file trigger event is monitoring.
2. Wait for more than 30 seconds.
3. Create the same file with 0 size and no changes should happen to that file for 1 min. (these are the conditions defined)
4. Check if event is triggered.
If not , I would suggest that you raise CA support ticket with the server and agent logs during the problem time. The log should have the information if there is any problem.
