    Hi everyone.

    Once the Rally tool is implemented, we want to use emails to send notifications to users, either by registering new users, remembering passwords or notification rules for each user. The problem is that we cannot find a way to be able to indicate our own email within the system to send the emails. The only options left in the administration panel are to configure the server and the port, but not the username and password, so it always sends unauthenticated emails with the mail 'do-not-reply@rallydev.com'. The problem is that by not using a client's own email, those unauthenticated emails are being sent from the client's server and this is dangerous because email servers can detect it as spam and end up putting it on a blacklist.

    I have opened two cases to Broadcom and they have confirmed this to me.

    Please, for future On Premise versions please introduce this functionality.
