Hi Vidit,
The values are shown in Rally in the drop-down values of both the Probability and Impact fields. Both can be assigned a number from 1 (low) to 5 (high). The Calculated Risk is automatically set by multiplying these two numbers. Below is a screenshot that should help.
The upper table above that you included is a 5x5 table where the left-bottom corner will be 1x1=1, while the upper-right corner will be 5x5=25.

It can range in the number of 1-25.
On the rally documentation it gives below matrix
How to understand which rectangle will correspond to 1 and till 25 so in short when I raise a risk how to categories it to ROAM by using above matrix?
