Okay, finally figured it out. We had checked font size and DPI on the windows side, but didn't realize there is also a font size setting in Chrome under Settings > Appearance. This user was set to Very Large - dropping it to Medium displayed the page normally, bumping it up to Large cut off less of the bar, making it slightly more usable. I'll follow up with support - not sure if it would be an accessibility issue for users with impaired vision or not. Thanks for the help all.

Subject: New UI - Projects bar overlapping page header
Has anyone else run into this issue with the new UI? This is happening on one user out of 10 so far - but we haven't had everyone in the system yet. This is on a Test Case page using Chrome (latest version), with cache cleared, normal Windows DPI, resolution, etc. Doesn't matter if the window is full screen or resized. The overlap never changes based on any other changes (resolution, dpi, sizing, etc.)
Any thoughts or suggestions? The rest of us are on the same version of Chrome and have no issues. So far, this user has only seen this on the Test Case UI.
