We experienced a network outage on our help system yesterday and apologize for that inconvenience. We were able to correct the problem and as some of you have noticed, help is accessible again.
Thanks for your question about the Late Child Count, we'll do some investigation around that and post here for an update and see if we can make that more clear in our documentation.

I noticed that the help page for work views is not working. I am attaching a screen shot of the error I am getting.
Since I can't get there, what does the column "Late Child Count" refer to on the Features view in Work views? How is a story identified as "Late"?
