UPDATE:

Administration can also be accessed from the icon in the upper right next to the avatar menu. This was added back 07.24.2020 to address a defect experienced by Project Administrators:

We were able to complete some additional menu "clean up" changes for our users. Specifically

Display Preferences (red)
Administration (blue)
Personalized Navigation Toggle (green)
Disable Sessions (yellow)

Can be found in the avatar menu:

General Help Documentation Link (blue)
"Contact Support" Link (red)
These links that have lived in the footer (About, Legal and Rally) (green)
can be found in the help menu:

Why these changes? Not only are they meant to clean up our menus, making them more aligned with general good UX patterns, but also they will create more (much needed) consistency between our Classic Navigation and Personalized Navigation. Making the two experiences easier for us to support and our users to understand.

Hello Rally Community !!

Some small but important changes happening today in Rally. For those who use the classic navigation, we are removing the footer from Rally. So you will adjust the ways you accessed the links in that footer perviously. To access the "Support" and "About" links that previously appeared there you can find those in the Avatar menu:

Alternatively you can get to the "contact support" link through the feedback icon:

The recycle bin can be found under the "Home" menu:

For users of the Personalized Navigation option the recycle bin is easier to find than before, right at the top of your menu:

These changes help us better serve our Rally users in a few ways. They will help make it far easier for us to support our new UI in both navigation options and in multiple browsers. This update is also paving the way for us to have more data density options for users, by having the page layout consistent between both navigation. Stay tuned for the upcoming data density options we are hard at work on currently!!

UPDATE:

These changes were deployed end of last week BUT they needed to be rolled back to address a defect. We now expect the revised changes to go out early next week. Thanks for your patience with the change in plans
