Timebox Admin change for Milestones?

Hello!  I am getting reports today that people are unable to create milestones.  Was there a change today for timebox admin?  My understanding was that the milestone functionality was not impacted.

That Milestone problem was introduced in the past few days.  A defect has been opened, and engineering is working on it.

Hi Sheila,

If you disable the Restrict Timebox Management setting on your Workspace, then you can work around this problem until engineer resolves the issue.

Thanks!  I turned off the setting for now - it was much easier than turning on timebox admin for each user who e-mailed me!

I will check to see if there are any updates, just acknowledging the post for the moment because I'm only getting to up to speed on this so I will go check on the status and report back ASAP or ask someone in Prod/Engineering to report back on this thread ASAP.

Thanks for the message. We are still working on this defect. We are hopeful for something by early next week after testing and the like is completed. For now, we encourage use of the workaround detailed below.

Related to the milestones story, we noticed that our users are unable to Edit the milestones. Meaning if we have to share a milestone with different projects after creation this will not work. The pencil icon to edit is not available anymore, therefore no projects can be selected. This behavior has a huge impact on the work performed by our users. 

Another defect that we noticed is related to the check box All projects in the workspace. Once it is checked it will be impossible for the users to uncheck it. 

Are we the only ones facing this malfunctions or they were already submitted by others?

We have reported the same thing and have an open defect for this. We have validated that the user has editor or higher permissions for all of the projects selected on the milestone but does not have the option to view or edit selected projects.

The All projects in workspace box should only be editable by a workspace admin.  A user with lower permissions shouldn't be able to modify that field.

Our work-around has been to have them open an existing Milestone then using the menu (...) click New - that launches a new Milestone.
