I wanted to let you know that we won't be able to get to this fix for a few days. The enterprise academy/learning portal is in a maintenance window and there is a content freeze. I'll get this fixed as soon as I can after that is over. I'll definitely report back here so folks know.

I am watching the video in the Enterprise Software Academy for "Test Management in Rally" and in the first module at around 1:30, the picture goes blank, but the audio remains. It looks like maybe the presenters Rally wasn't shared. The red boxes appear when she points out specific areas of the page, but there is no page to see.
I am not sure who to report this to, but thought I'd start here.
