How can I show feature percent complete by refined estimate?

I would like to have the ability to report percent complete by refined estimate at the feature level.  Often I find the percent complete by leaf story points is not accurate because the feature has not been fully decomposed into user stories yet and/or the user stories have not been estimated yet.  Is there some what I would be able to do this?

Julie,  I'm not aware of nor could I find an App that shows feature complete by refined estimate.  Any Community Members out there have something custom that you've written like this??
