Why am I getting an object parsing error on filter criteria interrogating Tags?

    Trying to build and execute a query using the Excel AgileCentral Plug-in v2.4.4 to extract Features that contain a Tag value.  I have confirmed the Tag text value is correct via AgileCentral, but when trying to set a filter on said Tag, I am getting a "Cannot parse object reference from: "Xxxx xxxx" error where the string value enclosed in parenthesis is the actual character string value of the Tag in question. 

     

    Is there really no way to extract work items that share a common Tag using the Excel Plug-in?
