Change in permissions - track?

How can I know if someone's permissions were modified?

 

I had a user come to me saying he is unable to edit in a project anymore and to my surprise his permission was just "viewer". I wanted to know how and when this was changed. But the revision history doesn't seem to capture this.

 

Is there any place else I could look?

Hi Nivi,

 

Find the user that was changed, then do 'Show Details', then check out the 'Revisions'. You shall see what was changed and by whom:
