We have some problem with CA Agile Central Connector for Git version 1.6.0.
We synchronize the number of git repos to specific Rally server. All all git repositories are on the same git server.
On one git repository we cannot see the new commits during execution of git-rally connector.
Problematic repository log:

We have no progress in rally_ref_time. This is a constant value in this log.
We use git-rally connector configuration files with the same setting for all our synchronized git repositories.
The problem exists only for one in twenty synchronized repositories.
