I have a user in Rally who is set up with Editor permissions to the four projects under our workspace.   On the Iteration Planning Board, she can see the iterations for one of the teams, however, there are no user stories details appearing on the screen.   She is fine with the other 3 projects.   This issue just appears with one team.   I have tried to making her a viewer only, saving her profile, then adding back editor status and still no details are appearing - just the iterations at the top.

 

Help please -  any suggestions?

Hi Kathleen, it depends on how the project hierarchy is set up, how the user is scoped in terms of project hierarchy. Is the user scoped to the parent project with child projects selected? Are iterations different per team/project, or are they the same and all roll up the project hierarchy?

 

Do the users have any filters applied on the board?
