Need your help and guidance to enable CA PPM Timesheet inside CA Agile Central. I have followed the steps on the URL below but still not able to bring up the timesheet within AC.

Are you receiving an error message or what is happening? Also, if you do have an error message, can you check the Developer Console to see if there are any messages there?
There is no such error message but a blank screen. I have not checked the developer console. Could you please share the navigation path for the same? Thanks!

I tried few things today and now I’m getting error message as below. When I click on the URL “Open this content in a new window” and I can see the timesheet screen on a new tab/window but unable to display it on the iframe. Anyone encountered this issue?

I used below parameters in the settings:
CA PPM Host Name: https://cppmXXXX-dev.ondemand.ca.com
CA PPM Port: 443
CA PPM Timesheet Path: /pm/#/timesheets/timesheet
Just to confirm, did you enter rally1.rallydev.com in the Integrations setup in PPM as opposed to us1.rallydev.com?
And are the X-Frame Options enabled for the configured PPM server?

Just wanted to ensure you had both of those, since what you are describing seems like it may be impacted by either of these.
Yes, we are using https://rally1.rallydev.com in the integration set-up but not sure on the X-Frame settings at PPM side. We are SaaS, this is something we need to ask CA to do it for us or we can configure it. Do you have steps or way to confirm the settings at PPM side?

Make sure you are in the right workspace and community apps is enabled in settings
Ensure that you settings are correct in edit app settings, if you are SSO enable ensure that the path is setup correctly
Thanks Visra for your response. All those settings are intact and fine. However, now finally I have make this thing worked. The referrer URL was missing inside CA PPM Admin side. Thanks members for all your responses.
