  • 1.  Task hours summed up

    We have a situation where our Iteration status shows a value of TO DO hours of 48.5 and our Team status shows the TO DO hours of 50.5.  Shouldn't these be exact?

     

    As I dug into this I also noticed that I have two user stories with a total that does not equal the sum of the tasks.

    How can this be?  (We are an On Prem solution user)

    Did you check the recycle bin to see if there are deleted items that are not marked complete and have remaining time on them?  I've found that some of the Apps look at the recycle bin as well as active artifacts.

    yes, thank you.  We actually found that this is a defect, so it will be worked on.
