Numbers shown as Numbers (Excel Export)

Hi, 

I would like to use Excel plugin and export data, e.g. FormattedID and HoursUsed, which works fine, but values of HoursUsed will be retrieved to Excel as text. So, that it is huge manual work in Excel to convert to Number by Error Button. 

1. Are HoursUsed stored as text in CA agile? (hopefully not)
2. Which solution does have CA Agile available, so that number occur as numbers when exporting to Excel, please?

I am going to open a case for you on this as we'll need to gather some further information about what type of custom field HoursUsed is and if needed, file a Defect for the issue.
