Hi Chris, do you have a popup blocker or other security tool installed on your system? Does it have a Suspend mode to test with it temporarily turned off? Can you disable all other Excel plugins and try with only Agile Central enabled? If this doesn't resolve the problem, you can try to uninstall the plugin and all of the pre-requisites, then reinstall them. Are your teammates experiencing the same issue? Any difference between their setup and your own? If this does not resolve the issue, please open a support case to investigate further. Thank you.
