excel plugin - connect to CA agile Central NOT showing settings dialog

    Hello,

     

    I followed: CA Agile Central Add-in for Excel Installation & User Guide | CA Agile Central Help 

     

    System Info:

    • Windows 10 Enterprise 
    • 64-bit systems
    • Microsoft Office 2013
    • Microsoft .NET Framework 4 (download)
    • Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Tools for Office Runtime (download)

    I see the Ribbon and clicking on "Connect to CA Agile Central" should be launching a settings dialog.

     

    It doesn't launch the dialog or show any error.

    Hi Chris,  do you have a popup blocker or other security tool installed on your system?  Does it have a Suspend mode to test with it temporarily turned off?  Can you disable all other Excel plugins and try with only Agile Central enabled?  If this doesn't resolve the problem, you can try to uninstall the plugin and all of the pre-requisites, then reinstall them.  Are your teammates experiencing the same issue?  Any difference between their setup and your own?  If this does not resolve the issue, please open a support case to investigate further.  Thank you.
