    I have a question about Rally Support Manager.  We have successfully set up the integration between SalesForce and Rally and can manually associate SF cases to Rally.  Question is, is there a way to automatically create Rally user stories when a SalesForce case is created in a queue?  I can't seem to figure this one out. Thanks

    There isn't any automatic functionality that will allow you to do this.  I would recommend posting this as a feature request. This integration is being reviewed and may be rewritten- but I don't have an estimate for when that may happen as it is in early discovery stages. Posting an idea on Rally Ideas (login to https://ideas.rallydev.com using your Rally creds) would be the best way to have the Engineering team be aware of your request.

    Thanks for the update.  We actually might now have a workaround.  We can create a trigger on a queue to 'push the button' so to speak.  We will be trying it out this week and I will report back.
