Bret, I have not found that either, so built an excel worksheet that uses the Rally Plug-in. I created tabs for Themes, Initiatives and Features and along with a pivot table tab. Build queries for each portfolio items, then use vlookup to get the parent of an item in order to return the values up the hierarchy. The pivot allows for easy analysis of items, depending on the question at hand. I've attached a sample worksheet that you could start with as an example.
