Hello Experts, Any solution for the below would be greatly appreciated!
I have a rally connector for QC & Rally. I have one mandatory drop down field in QC with values "Y" & "N" based on which the work flow is created in QC. But, this field is NOT mapped to any field in Rally. When users log defects in QC, they obviously select this field (as "Y" most of the times) and submit the defect. Later those defects will sync with Rally. However, when users log defects in Rally and later copied over to QC using the connector, this mandatory field is NOT getting populated and in turn, experiencing some work flow issues. We neither want to map this QC mandatory field to any field in Rally nor remove this mandatory field in QC. So I would like to know if there is any way to send a default static value as "Y" to populate this mandatory field in QC using the config file, while the defects are copied from Rally to QC? Appreciate your help!
