    #Watches  service is currently down and the issue is being actively investigated. This affects watch emails as well as the the CA Agile Central - #[CA Flowdock]  integration. As soon as this resumes normal functionality, we will provide an update to this status.

    The Watches impairment has been resolved and are functioning as designed again. Please note that you may receive a single watch notification with any changes that occurred during this impairment.
