In accordance with the CA Support Policy and Terms, please consider this your written notification of End of Life of CA Agile Central Support Manager and CA Agile Central IBM ClearQuest Integration. This means CA Agile Central Support Manager and CA Agile Central IBM ClearQuest Integration will no longer be enhanced or fixed and technical support will be discontinued effective September 30, 2017.
After September 30, 2017, CA Technologies will continue to make self-service support available until the end of your current maintenance term. While existing users can continue to use CA Agile Central Support Manager and CA Agile Central IBM ClearQuest Integration in their current forms, we encourage you to transition to one of the following for a current integration:

This post seems to indicate both IBM ClearQuest integration and Salesforce CRM. The title of the post does not. Can you please clarify?
This references the ClearQuest integration and Agile Central Support Manager, aka RSM, the Salesforce Integration with Agile Central which is mentioned before the ClearQuest Integration in the title. It's kind of wordy because we had to include the former and current name of the connector.
