When anyone tries to go to Track - Iteration Status or Track - Team status for a specific sprint, we get an error. All other sprints/iterations work fine, it's just the one.
Under Track - Iteration status an Internal Server Error pops up at the top of the screen.
Under Track - Team Status an error page displays. Every other sprint works fine but this one. Any clue why?
Hi Kathy, I can't think of anything off the top of my head that would cause that! I say submit a case for Support to look into the issue - that's indeed very strange!
We did have an issue that occurred on Dec 29th that caused the behavior you were seeing. We have since corrected the issue.
