Where is source code for the Milestone Burnup library App?

I am finding a major discrepancy between the opinion of how many points are left in a Milestone, between the library Milestone Burnup app  and a custom list that shows the stories. I'm talking 55 points remaining, from the list, and 130 points remaining, from the app. We don't point defects and don't have stories with story parents, so I don't get how this could be happening. 

Too bad the chart doesn't have drilldown, but in its absence I'd at least like to see the query in the source code.

Hi Edwin,

 

I followed the link expecting to find the usual hundreds of lines of HTML that I could inspect and adapt. Instead there is a very short shell that doesn't seem to do much itself, and doesn't point me clearly to the place where the real code is.

 

So I guess I need to know where the real code is.
