VS2012 TFS Connector - FileNotFoundException, Microsoft.TeamFoundation.Controls, version=12.0.0.0

    Hi all,

    We are still on Visual Studio 2012.  I downloaded the 2012 VS plugin, plus the VS 2013 Shells (both Isolated and Integrated).  I keep getting a FileNotFoundException error on Microsoft.TeamFoundation.Controls.  I've installed all the listed prerequisites, and the connector is able to connect and receive data, but when preparing for commit or clicking a link within the story / defect / list window, that's when I get the error.  

    Is there perhaps a requirement that is not listed on the connector's download page?

    I am having the same problem.  The error also occurs when changing setings...
