TFS VCS Connector - Fixed Comments not getting copied over to Agile Central

If code gets checked in with a missing or invalid Agile Central ID, then is it possible for the changeset comment to be updated and saved, and then the VCS connector pick it back up and associate?

I am having an issue where the changeset is getting detected on subsequent runs, but it is not associating with the Agile Central Artifact.

Thank you for contacting CA Agile Central Support with your question.  Unfortunately, it is not possible to change a commit and rerun the connector to update the information in a previously posted commit.  We recommend creating a new commit with the fixed information and rerunning the connector.

 

It is possible to use our API to delete a changeset. The instructions are here:

How to delete a changeset 

 

If the changeset was deleted, you could then rerun the connector and pickup the corrected changeset.
