How do I map userstory to timesheet entry when using the excel plugin?

I want to do some reporting based on how much time we have as a group spent on each story and then eventually take that back to portfolio item etc. But  im not sure which columns to join between "Time Entry Item", "Time Entry Value" and "Userstory" / "Defect"
