  • 1.  CA Mobile Authenticator Timeout

    Hi Team,

    With the recent launched of CA Mobile Authenticator, we noticed that after accessing to the account/credential, the app does not timeout.  The one-time code will continue re-generating.   However, in the old CA Mobile OTP, there is a timeout.

    How can we setup the app timeout for CA Mobile Authenticator?

    Hock, This is Advanced Authentication product question. Hoping somebody on this Community List can answer, but it's best to review the product documentation for this timeout feature.
