Check the following two points for the contents of Windows Event Log output from SiteMinder Web Agent.
【question 1】
I recognize that the following 4 event logs are output when Web Agent is started.

◆ Event ID: 36
Registry Entry requestpriority value: '0 (FIRST)'.
◆Event ID: 9
SiteMinder agent is enabled.
◆ Event ID: 24
Configuration file path:'C:\Program Files\CA\webagent\win64\bin\IIS\WebAgent.conf'.
◆ Event ID: 12
SiteMinder agent is running.

The above log is output to the event regularly not only at startup,
Is WebAgent restarting at this timing?
[Question 2]
In addition to the above, the following log was output.
What are the conditions under which this log is output?

◆ Event ID: 18 *Detected by "error"
Failed to send message to the LLAWP.
◆ Event ID: 7 *Detected by "warning"
SiteMinder agent has encountered initialization errors and will not service requests.
------------------------
Please let me know if there is a cause or action to be taken for the above two events.
