    Hi ,


    Siteminder IDLE Timeout is not working for application search and filter, we have set idle timeout as 15 mins for one application if we keep on doing application search and filter's for 15 mins even though once reaching the 15 mins of idle time, the user will be get logged out the application. can you please guide me how to fix this issue.

    Hi Rangaswamy

    First, please check your max time out. There are idle time out and max time out. Please make sure max time out much bigger than 15 minutes.

    The other part, please check whether your search and filter are recording in web agent trace log or audit log. When it is the correct resource, web agent will update the smession with new timeout value.
