  • 1.  Enroling certain group of people for CA Mobile OTP (ArcotOTP-OATH)

    Dears,

    We are going to enable the "CA Mobile OTP" option for the end users, hence going forward users would be generating the OTP from "CA Mobile Authenticator" application for MFA.
    Once we enable this functionality, all the users for that particular organization will be asked to enroll for the CA Mobile OTP. But we don't want this enrolment to happen for all the users in one go. We want to first push it for certain users only and then slowly and gradually to other users.

    We tried with the support to ask this question but as per them there is no option available for this requirement. Hence reaching out to the community.

    Hi Javed,
    This is not available OOTB but can be done through some customization, if the users are coming from AD/LDAP you can have some attribute if that is available user will be shown on the screen to register and if not then do not show, gradually you can keep adding more users, this is just one of the option and there can be alternate ways as well but this is not available OOTB. 
    If you need help program it then reach out to our partners HCL and they can do that for you.
