today the support portal - manage case don't work and we have another problem with a node of the cluster that started using standard certificate and don't let client to connect with error
"failed to start access agent"
if we try to set the correct certificate, pam say :
Error: PAM-CM-0038: Problem updating system certification
this is the error of support portal
we are in serious trouble

We have around 200 users in a LDAP group and usually we can add e remove users and refresh the group on PAM with no errors.
For only 1 user we receive

We can still add and remove other users with no errors but not that user
