    Hi Soni,

Please confirm you are installing  64-bit (ca-wa-12.52-sp01-cr10-linux-x86-64.bin) or 32-bit (ca-wa-12.52-sp01-cr10-rhel30.bin). The naming convention of 32-bit linux web agent is causing confusion as if we have RHEL OS we need to use - ca-wa-12.52-sp01-cr10-rhel30.bin.

    Hi,

I am using ca-wa-12.52-sp01-cr10-linux-x86-64 installer on Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 7.5 (Maipo), x86_64.
I have attached strace log to the original posting. In the log I am seeing a lot of below lines.

    16972 13:24:21 access("/etc/ld.so.preload", R_OK) = -1 ENOENT (No such file or directory)
    16972 13:24:21 open("/opt/netegrity/R1252SP01CR10/webagent/bin/tls/x86_64/libc.so.6", O_RDONLY|O_CLOEXEC) = -1 ENOENT (No such file or directory)
    16972 13:24:21 stat("/opt/netegrity/R1252SP01CR10/webagent/bin/tls/x86_64", 0x7ffeb7bc16a0) = -1 ENOENT (No such file or directory)

I am not sure if that is an issue and how to resolve it.

    Thanks for your help.
