If you use DNS names and not IP addresses in both SmHost.conf and in the HCOs (Host Configuration Objects), you do not need to do anything.
If you use IP addresses in these files/objects, you will need to update those addresses with the new one. If your web agents are configured for Dynamic HCO updates, no restarts are required, otherwise you will need to restart the web agents after the SmHost.conf/HCO updates.
