We are using CA Access Gateway for federation with SAAS providers. Recently one SAAS provider upgraded their IOS App and after that App is unable to communicate with our SPS host. Test on ssllabs.com shows handshake failure. We have TLS1.2 enabled, What else can be done?
We would need to check what version on CA Access Gateway is installed on your end and can that version of CA Access Gateway support everything that is mentioned in option 3 in this link.
