  • 1.  Platform Support Matrix

    Hi All,

     

    We need the information about platform support matrix for CA Directory, CA Single Sign-On, CA Advanced Authentication, and external database.

    There are several servers :

    - Access Gateway server

    - Single Sign-On (policy) server

    - Advance Authentication server

    - Reporting server

    - Database and Directory server

    And will use Windows Server for the O/S and MS SQL for the database.

     

    Kindly need your feedback.

    Unfortunately for CA SiteMinder Informational Documentation Index - CA Technologies , I got "You are not authorized to view this page." error message when I try to open Platform Support Matrices (CA Single Sign-On 12.8).

    Kindly need your help.

    Thank you very much for your help.

    Another thing, is there any info about ethernet/network card that recommended for Identity Suite, Single Sign-On, Directory server? E.g. 100 Mbps or 1 Gbps, Half Duplex or Full Duplex.

    I don't think there is any recommendation from product end however this will be completely depend on your enterprise standards/policies/requirements.

    While much of the information on the CA Support Documentation site is public, some of the content is restricted to users licensed to use the software. You should ask your enterprise site administrator to change your permissions on products related to the enterprise site you used to register, including acquiring a license for the software in question. Your Customer Success Manager can help you with this information as well. 

     

    More details on CA Support are provided in the Working with CA Support brochure.
