May I know from which version of web agent EnabelDynamicHCO feature was enabled by default?

According to the following link to a communities post

enabledynamichco parameter in smhost conf 

The EnableDynamicHCO smhost.conf parameter is not enabled by default in any versions. You need to manually enable it for it to function. Out of Box, the default value is NO.

 

EnableDynamicHCO also only dynamically updates the servers list of the HCO and no other parameters.

I'd suggest to reach out to Product Management, via CA Account Manager, to discuss from a deliverable perspective.

 

From a Technical standpoint if this is implemented, it has to implemented across the board, it cannot be a piecemeal approach (Refer the below Ideations for more details).
