Chrome is not working as expected with CA Single Sign-on and Advanced Authentication solution--

I have been working with the CA Support team for the past few weeks, no luck so far...

When Chrome users try to log into the CA SSO with CA Advanced Auth protected website, we are getting two kind of error messages.

Risk Engine Post Eval Denied Transaction and Unable to Create Token

    Any thoughts and recommendations?

Have anyone came across this kind of issue?

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

I have already checked the Adaptershim for Max retries and timeout.

I have also verified for the Auth Token URL.

The Environment is in 8.1.3 and CA SSO 12.52 SP 02.

    Thank you,

    Sowmya

    Hi Sowmya,

There have been multiple cases like these in past that ended with either some network issue or the error suddenly disappeared.

Let's see if this error occurs again on your environment after our webex today.

    thanks
