I can´t export the information from docops.ca.com. The Support group told me to open a case in the community. The error is:"Could not start new export." The following error occurred: error - Not Found. Please try to start the export again. If the problem persists, please contact CA Support. "
I've already tried Chrome, IE, Firefox ... the same thing happens to other colleagues

I reported it using the chat that is enabled in "My profile" "Access CA Technologies 24x7 online Support for self-service, case management, and CA Product Roadmap sessions" Then, they suggest ask about this in the community. I will check with customer care.

Did you clic the "EPUB" link? I can see the information but the error is the same when try to download it
