¿Do you have problem to download information from docops?

      I can´t export the information from docops.ca.com. The Support group told me to open a case in the community. The error is:"Could not start new export." The following error occurred: error - Not Found. Please try to start the export again. If the problem persists, please contact CA Support. "

     

     

    I've already tried Chrome, IE, Firefox ... the same thing happens to other colleagues

     

    Do you have the same problem?

    I am also getting the same thing when i try to access the documentation, 

     

    But, when i click close button, i am able to access the documentation ?

     

    Do you have an issue to access the documentation ?

    Hi raope01

     

    I have issue to download the documentation.  I have access to it , I can see it but not download it. I have a client asking for this information for an "RFP", I need to download it

    ok. even i see the same issue as well, when i try to download, 

     

    Can you try to reach out to GCA / Customer care ?

      I reported  it using the chat that is enabled in "My profile" "Access CA Technologies 24x7 online Support for self-service, case management, and CA Product Roadmap sessions" Then, they suggest ask about this in the community. I will check with customer care.

    I have the same problem when trying to download the documentation in PDF format.

    Hi Efren. I have the same problem.

     

    Since yesterday I noticed some intermittence to access the documentation.

       Hi All. It is working today. Yes,  we had temporary problem yesterday. Everybody on this chain let me know, if     you are good today if you get a chance. If you do not get a chance to respond , no problem. I will assume that

     that docops is good for now

    The error still occurs: Could not start new export. The following error occurred: error - Not Found. Please try to start the export again. If the problem persists, please contact CA Support.

    The problem continues ... can not download document yet

    Did you clic the "EPUB" link?  I can see the information but the error is the same when try to download it
