    Hi,
    We have enabled scoring callout on RiskMinder and we are finding that if the servlet is unreachable during the risk-evaluation. RiskMinder fails open and allows even on a Deny transaction.

    Is this a normal behaviour or is it a bug?

    please share some screenshots of the call you are making and the risk results from the analyze transaction report
