Answer:
In order to download the installation binaries, please follow the steps below:
1) Login to support.ca.com with your Support portal credentials.
2) Click on Download Management
3) Search/Select CA Single Sign-On as product
4) Under Product Downloads you will see your current entitlements, click on the title (for example: "CA SiteMinder - MULTIPLATFORM"), or select the version R12.8 from the dropdown and click the Download cloud icon.
5) If you clicked on the title, a new page with all the available installation packages will show, so you can access and download them individually.
