  • 1.  User Directory Failover configuration

    Hi all,

     

    We are having directory servers configured in Failover mode.

    We have recently observed strange thing that when one of the directory server was down, the request was not getting failed over to other directory server.

    Can someone suggest what can be the issue?

    Could you list how LDAP banks are configured in your user directory?

     

    Out of the List which LDAP Directory was brought down?

     

    Also do you see LDAP connection errors in smps.log for the directory that was brought down.
