Fatal error when register a new Adminui with XPSRegClient

  • 1.  Fatal error when register a new Adminui with XPSRegClient

    SiteMinder Administrative UI 12.52.0000.142.

     

    Hello,

    I'm on a policy server and  I try to register a new Admin UI (Additional AdminUi).

    i have this message and i don't find some explanation.

     

    XPSRegClient SITEMINDER_ADMINISTRATEUR:SITEMINDER_ADMINISTRATEUR_PWD  -adminui-setup 

    =>  #  (FATAL) : [sm-xpsxps-05400] Missing client type.

    Hi , 

     

    Generally this error occurs because there is already a trusted host for the Admin UI.

     

    Follow the below KB : 

    AdminUI :: XPSRegClient : A Client Already Exists - CA Knowledge
