Post preservation Page

Hi , our users are getting Post Preservation page on PeopleSoft page (attached) and once they clicked on continue they getting sign out from application. Once they login again all their data from page gets Blank. Issue happening intermittently. I already checked some of the CA blogs but did not help.

Hi Rahul,

This will need review of the agent trace logs and fiddler.

I suggest opening a support case.
