As a fellow member of a CA team working on Agile Requirements Designer desktop application, I have been given a task to allow our customer to log in to their Jira server via the SSO environment, that is already in place. The environment relies on CA SSO and Kerberos authentication. The Jira instance employs their own in-house written custom authenticator, as advised on Atlassian Support Documentation.
To implement this feature we need to prepare a testing environment imitating the one of the customer. What kind of CA SSO setup would serve this purpose best? Are there any labs on demand available? Is there any additional information available for a setup with this particular service provider?
