Please help to understand below errors , what it indicates , we are seeing in CA SSO aps (translate log file)

Please provide documentation for All SM_APS-<> Error Codes.
For the error " Unable to extend Table or Index for %1s. Please contact the DBA to resolve the issue."
This is indicating that Policy is server is receiveing ORA-01653 or ORA-01654 errors from DB which means the tablespace is full.

For the error "APS.properties key not found: SM-APS-00751"
This is a defect.
The key value pair corresponding to key "SM-APS-00751" is missing in APS.properties file.
As an workaround you can just add following in APS.properties and restart PS :
SM-APS-00751 = ERROR
(Also could you please open a support ticket so we can get this fixed in next CR)

Also if you are using an ODBC as user directory, then you need to update the Queries used by APS in APS.CFG file to do read write operation in ODBC,
