  • 1.  CA-Adapter-Patch-9.0.01-Windows Install Failure

    Has anyone faced issues with CA-Adapter-Patch-9.0.01-Windows? I am trying to install it in Windows 2012 R2 server and hangs. I trued multiple time still same behavior.

     

    Installer reading the Environment variable wrong. It shows the same path multiple times.

     

     

     

    It hangs at the below screen every time.

    I believe I have seen customers with CR1 version already that is working fine. I will test on my environment as well and see the behavior. Please open a case as well.

    Awijit,

    I think, I found the reason for this behavior. I installed the AA in E:\ drive instead of traditional C:\ drive. But 9.0 adapter installer has placed .com.zerog.registry.xml file under "C:\Program Files\Zero G Registry" folder.  After I removed the 9.0 file and run 9.0.1 installer, I am able to upgrade to 9.0.1 version.

     

    I also opened the support case for this. Anyone who installed Adapter in other drives than C:\ drive might face this issue.
