    When i traverse from application A to application B , which will be the lastlogintime will be ? when i logged into application A or Application B's SmSession generated time?

    Hi @RADHA JASWANTH CHADALAWADA

    The lastlogintime signifies the time the user was authenticated against the user directory.

    So, if you were authenticated against Application A first , then that is the only time when the lastlogintime will be updated as that is the only time when the user is actually authenticated against the user directory (e.g LDAP bind ).

     

    Now, when you traverse to Application B, there is no user re-authentication, the SMSESSION cookie is recreated just to keep track of the last access time as that will be needed to correctly evaluate the idle and max timeouts.
